The Jack & Theresa D'Alba Scholarship Fund: Honoring a Legacy of Service

In loving memory of Jack D'Alba (2014) and honoring the ongoing spirit of Theresa D'Alba ("The Saint"), the D'Alba family is proud to announce the creation of The Jack & Theresa D'Alba Scholarship Fund.

Jack and Theresa, my parents, lived their lives guided by the principles of The Third Order of Franciscans, a lay fraternity founded in 1221 by St. Francis of Assisi. They instilled in me the belief that we can always be in service to others, no matter how big or small. From my earliest memories of praying at St. Anthony’s Shrine in Boston to the creation of the Traveling Souls Sanctuary, I am committed to living their legacy because, well, they made me who I am, in all ways - Body, Mind and Crazy Spirit.

This scholarship embodies their legacy by providing educational resources and support services to individuals seeking refuge at The Traveling Souls Sanctuary.
